Just wanted to take a moment and express my great experience dealing with Todd on selling our home. This was the first time we have ever sold a home and really had little information on the process especially since our home had solar and the first two people we reached out to for questions, one turned us down for having solar and the second kept telling we would need to find people interested in solar. Todd not only help explain the process but also had points of contacts that helped us at different stages throughout. The contact from solar not only help explain the process for selling it on our house but got the ball rolling and helped us get solar on our new home. Todd took time explained what we needed to do with the home to get what we were looking for in selling it, we really thought we needed to do more but we listen to him and got what we wanted in the end. For me the best parts of the whole experience was Todd’s knowledge of everything, having points of contacts that could come in and do minor things we needed done and most importantly the follow up on everything and the quick responses on questions we had. We never felt any disconnect that you seem to get with most people you deal with, he was always available and prompt on getting us the information we needed. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable person who is honest and trust worthy and for us we consider a friend of our family reach out and contact Todd, you’ll be happy you did.
