As a 23-year native and resident of Golden Beach, she has developed key relationships with neighbors and has access to homes that sometimes never reach the open market. Having successfully negotiated multiple off market deals, she is experienced in bringing discrete sellers and buyers together through an established first-class network, and is known to approach owners to sell with a buyer already waiting. She utilizes leading edge technology for creative marketing. Her branded marketing resources include a single page website for listings, professional photography, distribution of a personalized market trend magazine, social media sites, property brochures, property events, print advertising, flyers and travel to international markets & company events. She takes the time to learn what you’re looking for as a buyer, and she does an amazing job at finding very fitting and timely opportunities. Second, she truly puts the client’s interests as the top priority, and she does a hell of a job protecting those interests throughout the entire negotiation process. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent to represent me; her knowledge of the market, her negotiation skills, and overall transparency made the purchasing process effortless.
