Michael Reed did an amazing job as our agent for this listing/sale. Over the years we have worked with many agents on both purchases and sales so we knew what to expect in the process, and Michael far exceeded all of our expectations and was instrumental in making the process go very efficiently and smooth for both buyer and seller which was key in getting the deal done. Most any agent can list or show property, but few agents really posses the key attributes that can make both buyer and seller feel comfortable in a deal, and that their concerns are being properly considered and addressed in both a creative and responsible way. Michael cares deeply about his clients and what is in the clients best interest and is always looking out for better ways to help both buyer and seller win in every deal. In an environment where premium pricing and high emotions can challenge dealmakers, Michael far exceeds expectations and the competition, and is a credit to his industry. We honestly look forward to working with Michael again in the future and strongly recommend him to others.
