We love Laurie, Our relocation company had assigned Laurie Zdyb as our realtor when we were transferred from the Northwest to Charlotte. We had no idea how very fortunate this connection would prove to be. We had a thirty-day window to find and close on a house in a town we were unfamiliar with. Laurie began communication right away and really listened to us. Before we arrived she sent us listings to evaluate and paid attention to our responses. Within a couple of hours of arriving in Charlotte, Laurie picked us up and started showing us homes, all the time listening and keeping track of our likes and dislikes. On the third day we selected a home and Laurie did all she could and kept all of the moving parts on track. We were able to close and began to move into our wonderful new home in 26 days! What an awesome job! Well 13 months later we were transferred back to the Northwest and knew exactly what to do… we asked Laurie to sell our home. She knew the market when we purchased and she knew the market conditions when we sold. We made money and couldn’t be happier…If only she could come to the Northwest to help us out here… Thanks Laurie, Darla & Alan
