Not sure where to start! If you are looking for someone to make your purchase happen with the fast pace, very competitive entry level market Tony Cannon is the only person I would trust. Inventory is limited and the first agents we worked with were responding a few days later, not available, and by the time they got around to responding the properties are only accepting back up offers. Tony showed us a house after we took matters into our own hands and started requesting appointments to view properties. On that first property viewing Redfin sent Tony out. I looked at my Wife and Father in Law and we both knew we were in good hands. He showed up with more information and research completed than any of the past agents did even though it was our first time meeting him. The home had an offer put in the day before, but while we were there Tony was working quickly to get us into other properties. We had some others to look at that same day with no notice and he made it happen. When we found the right place and it was ready to start the bidding process Tony handled everything so quickly and in such a professional manner. He did more research than you can imagine making sure he had our best interests in mind. It didn't stop there, even after the offers had been accepted he kept working. Just as back up in case we didn't get what we wanted at the negotiating table he was still finding us properties, showing them, and submitting offers so we had a back up plan and confidence to negotiate more firmly. We had to deal with a nasty unforgiving selling agent and Tony advised us and helped us get through it. At every point the selling agent kept reminding us they had other offers and always answered no, but Tony pushed it until he got to the seller and we got some yes responses! This was all for the purchase of a $314,000 home. As you know in Southern California that is the bottom price range, it was also through Redfin so he was giving up some of the commission on top of that. Regardless, he treated us as if we were buying a multi million dollar property and worked round the cock, e-mails texts back, research performed until 1-2 in the morning. I would ask when was a good time to call and the response was always anytime. I have had friends buy and sell homes and family members, none of them have had an experience as great as ours. If you are selling or buying a home don't go anywhere else.
