Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I had called him about an apartment that was on Rockaway Parkway. I explained to him my situation and he told me stop by so that I will be able to view the apartment and that he would talk to the owner. When I got to the address Chris (realtor) was not there but the landlord was. I spoke with the landlord and everything seemed to be ok before Chris came by. Before I left I was told to come back later on with my aunts information because the landlord said he will be at the location all day. When my aunt came in I called both the landlord and Chris to let them know we were on our way. Chris said ok I'm on my way. Chris and the landlord had stood us up. My aunt and I with my seven month old son were left to stand in the cold after an hour. Chris never showed up and neither did the landlord. I also called them repeatedly and no one answered the phone. I had to call them the next morning for them to tell me that they decided to rent to someone else. So I'm back to looking for a home and again very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
