- Helped me sell a home
I was in need of assistance deciding what to do about an out of state property and trying to determine if a refinance would benefit us? I was not sure where to start. Shelley helped sort everything out! It was valuable advice and research she provided. She is very honest and ethical, I would 100% recommend using Shelley and Scott for real estate or lending needs. Even though there was no way for Shelley to be paid for her services, she spent a lot, and I mean a lot of time helping us sort out our best options regarding selling property we own in Pennsylvania. She also looked at my current first mortgage to see if it made sense to refinance. She said, that I have a better rate than I could obtain in the current market. No smoke and mirrors or hidden agenda. She could have made money selling me a new mortgage, but instead gave me an honest appraisal of our situation.
