- Helped me sell a home
After being relocated for work, I worked with Rita and Richard to sell my condo in Woodland Hills, Ca. From the start I could tell that Rita was very knowledgeable and had an impressive history in working relocation sales, as well as standard sales. Having experience and knowledge with relocation sales was very important to me given the fact I had already relocated for my new job and had no understanding of the extra efforts involved with a relocation sale. Rita and Richard did quick work in getting great professional photos taken and listing my condo for sale. Unfortunately, the sale did not go as smooth as we all had hoped for as the buyer ended up being a nightmare but Rita did an excellent job working with all parties to keep the deal afloat. Rita was on top of everything and always available when I needed to reach her. She did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. I was extremely pleased overall and highly recommend Rita and Richard! They are professional, hardworking, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable.
