- Helped me sell a home
From start to finish, Cassandra made our home selling experience painless, positive, and satisfying. Our home was truly only on the market for roughly 24 hours before we had some serious traction, and within the first week we had sold our house for the amount we were hoping to get. Believe it or not, we had the convenience of signing the sellers' contract and documentation while enjoying the day at Kentucky Kingdom from our mobile phones!! Cassandra had called us with the great news that we had sold our house, and after she explained the important details, we simply clicked a few links within the electronic documents and continued to enjoy the day at the water park. Pay attention here as our house selling experience is not over. After we were under contract to sell our house, we left Kentucky and moved to our new home in Boca Raton, FL. Even after the house inspection was finished, our house was vacant for several weeks and Cassandra stopped by periodically to keep an eye on it for us. During that time, she foiled an attempted robbery of our riding lawnmower and even cleaned up after someone who had decided to use our garbage cans as a spot to dump a TV and microwave. Cassandra gave us the red-carpet treatment from beginning to end. She provided expert advice on house prep., handled everything without batting an eye, and even helped guide us through managing the final documentation through a power of attorney (using my friend as the signer). We didn’t even have to come back to Louisville to sign the final documents. We were totally blown away by the professionalism, ease with which we sold our house, and the aftercare that Cassandra provided. Do not hesitate to include her in selling your home.
