My husband and I are moving to Philadelphia from Miami, and were only up for 3 days last week to view apartments. I made an appointment with Bryan to see 3 of his properties, and he confirmed the day before. However, on the day of the viewing, my husband and I had to walk from city center to the apartment (Fairmount). This is about 45 minutes to 1 hour of walking, and it was raining. We received a text from another realtor (which we were not told someone else was going to show us the properties) and we replied to said realtor that we'd be about 20 minutes late as we were walking. He did not respond. When we arrived at the apartment, there was no one there. We called the random realtor and said he only waits 15 minutes for clients, and he was very busy. WELL. I guess he was just so busy that he couldn't just text us back and say, "Oh, sorry I can only wait 15 minutes. Maybe we can reschedule." Additionally, this comment makes no sense as WE (yes us, walking in the rain for an hour) were his next THREE APPOINTMENTS. I immediately emailed Bryan and informed him of what happened. To which his response was, "Well, I have you confirmed. I guess it doesn't mean anything after the fact." No. No it doesn't. We only had 3 days, and we wasted one on this guy. Don't make the same mistake!
