A door from the dining area leads to the home's largest outdoor terrace, on which there is ample furniture, a gas grill, and hot tub. In the great room, a U-shaped sectional sits in front of a stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace. Motorized blinds allow an easy way to privatize the many rooms throughout the house.
Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis was Jackson Hole's first golf course. Today it is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and regularly recognized as one of the best golf courses in the state. Shortly after he purchased the property in 1967, Laurance Rockefeller hired Robert Trent Jones Jr. to complete a major remodel of the club's original Bob Baldock-designed course. In 2004, Jones was contracted for a second redesign of the course, which was completed in 2007. The course is open to the public from late May into October, weather permitting.
Downtown Jackson is a 15-minute drive. In summer Teton Village is about 25 minutes away; in winter, due to seasonal road closures, Teton Village is a 40-minute drive. "it's beautiful and quiet. it does need more stores like a Target and appliance store. you have to order what you want or go to Idaho and that's hard when you're handicapped. love the town but they really don't cater to the handicapped. "

"We’ve lived here for 4 or 5 years and it’s a great neighborhood. The people are great and it’s really close to down town. We walk everywhere to avoid the traffic in summer, it’s nice to live in a place where you can walk to your office, dinner and friends houses."
