Many neighbors are long time residents so there is a sense of community. The elementary school is just in the center of the neighborhood with a beautiful park adjacent. It is walking distance from most stores and restaurants and a tavern or two I think. Almost all the shopping is here - gift shops, the entire array. WalMart is within walking distance. There are alleys behind the houses so many people can park in back or have back access and trash is picked up in the alleys which is nice.Right near the library and city and county buildings too."
