These kids (at least when I was there in 2016) were the ones who bullied other students and everyone else knew not to report it because 1. Nothing would happen. And 2. You could catch heat for it later or be completely ostracized. "Depending where you live you can walk everywhere. Roads are good. A few sharp/blind curves. One blind hill that I know of."

"I lived here for 4 years and you could not beat the view,it is gorgeous,you can see the hospital,the trees,the interstate.The neighbors are friendly and animal friendly,and the neighbors all get together for yard sales,and get together ,Christmas,making crafts and decorating our houses and porch with different scenes."
