    "This is an amazing location to all of the wonderful downtown activities. Never have to fight for a parking space again! Walk to the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings (2 blocks away), Cannery Square festivals (2 blocks away), Sacred Hearts Fall Festival (practically in your backyard), Fireman's open house with pancake breakfast (1 block away), parades (2 blocks away). Can walk your dog downtown to the pet store, walk to the restaurants, you name it & you are just a hop, skip, & jump away. "

    "Carriage Hill Estates is an established Sun Prairie neighborhood, first developed in the 1980s, with full trees and prominent Sun Prairie citizens including many local business owners. I moved here in 2008 and couldn't be happier with the schools. Not a lot of "nightlife" but that is what Madison is for!"
