"I've lived in this neighborhood for the last six years and have only seen good things happen here. There are lots of young families, a great neighborhood park that's always bustling, community gardens, easy bike access to campus and downtown, and it's super close to the arboretum for your dose of nature. There is an active neighborhood association with annual events (picnic, chili feed, garage sale, etc). "
