    "I've lived in the the Applegate subdivision for almost 20 yrs and love the location and the neighborhood. I'm so close to everything but yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I have so much wildlife in my backyard but yet I'm less than 5 minutes from dowtown Appleton, PAC, Fox River Mall, Timber Rattlers Stadium, Pick'n Save, Woodman's, Festival Foods grocery stores but also 5 min away from Bubolz Nature Preserve and many parks. The location is really the best of both worlds. I also like the low Grand Chute taxes."

Best is the proximity to Erb park and walking distance to elementary school and middle school. I worked at Lawrence and rode the bike to work, about a 7 minute ride or 20 minute walk"
