    "I live at The Terrace right on the tip of tukwila. I walk my dog at all hours of the day and night. I have never had an issue. In the evening the neighborhood seems relatively quiet . The only thing I don't like is the traffic in south center and the unlit parks scare me at night. The Terrace site in the middle of a bunch of homes. It's really quick to get to the mall and to seattle. "
