"Point Defiance park is right near by, and it is a joy of a park to go hiking, running, and picnicking. it's not that far to Point Ruston, and there is a Farmers Market, and shopping, a movie theater, excellent dining, and beautiful views of the Puget Sound."

"nothing really... there are always occasional events for communities and good for families around here like around this area such as around ruston, fircrest, university place, and of course the west end area. i love living in the west end because of how homey and safe it is and i think this is the best part of tacoma.
