Very nice quality built Highland Hills home with million dollar views that is priced well below replacement cost. The grounds feature extensive lush and mature landscaping, walking paths, sitting areas, garden plots and a wrap around water view deck. For the RV or boat owner the home has an attached enclosed double RV garage large enough to store everything safely indoors while an additional oversized 3 car attached garage will leave plenty of room for your cars. There have been no upgrades to the interior of the house but everything was well maintained and is in good working order.

"It is very quiet family/retirement oriented neighborhood. Not really meant for super young people since there is not much to do. But overall friendly, nice, beautiful place to live in."

"I've lived in Sequim for a total of 12 years. If I won the lottery and could live anywhere I'd choose Sequim. It's a cute town. On the whole people are educated, supportive, open minded and friendly. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Beautiful water, forests, mountains and great weather. I'll live here the rest of my life. "

"This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."

"This area offers the best of the outdoors in a unique small town rural feel. Rain is illegal in the town and we have the best weather in our "blue hole." We are a coastal town in close proximity to mountains, lakes, rivers, etc. which offer multiple outdoor activities from hiking, fishing, boating to skiing in the winter at Hurricane Ridge. National, State, County & local parks offer day activities as well as camping opportunities. Whale watching, the ferry to Victoria, Canada, and SolDuc Hot Springs are close by for those who wish additional adventuring. We are in Twilight Country, and the city of Forks makes an interesting side trip. There is little crime, no gang activity, and plenty for all to see and explore. Schools are small and have excellent programs for students. There is no shopping mall nearby, but we are the home to such stores as Ross, Walmart, Home Depot, Petco and other large community shopping opportunities, as well as small local shops. There are multiple churches, a Senior Center, John Wayne Marina, the Boys & Girls Club, an active Theatre Arts Center, local organic farms and dairies, several wineries, lavender farms, galleries and a museum. Come and check us out!"

"The area has some through traffic due to a "short cut" for freeway access but isn't too much of an issue. The area is mostly residential but very close to shopping with a small park nearby. 12 Minute walk to Safeway shopping center. Even though it borders Highway 101, it isn't very loud."
