    "I bought a townhouse in the Central District 4 years ago. I moved here because it was affordable, had great transit links to downtown and easy access to the freeways. My wife and I are really happy we moved here - every month there's a new restaurant or coffee shop opening up in walking distance. I live close to 23rd and Union and was a bit concerned about safety because of the frequent police presence. It has never been a real issue and the neighborhood is becoming safer with every new development that goes up in an empty lot. "
