N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy teen appreciates the variety of classes offered at Lincoln. Her sophomore year, she took 2 AP classes and scored 5 out of 5 for each. Encouraged by her teachers, she signed up 4 AP classes this year. She enjoys being challenged by both her teachers and athletic coaches, who have been supportive of her when she experienced a health challenge midway through a season. As parents, we appreciate all the levels of challenge and encouragement she has received from the Lincoln teachers, coaches, and student community.Parent Review4mo ago - Check out schools near 626 4th Avenue UNIT 401.

"I’d raise kids in upper Queen Anne, lower QA is a bit sketchy and I wouldn’t want my kids seeing some of the things that go on there. At least not until they were preteen age "

"The Seattle Center is really close by and a great place to walk dogs or let them have play dates. Many of the cafes/restaurants in the area have outdoor seating. "

"It’s a quiet, transitional neighborhood with some transients people and some younger and a few older people that borders an older, more moneyed and even quieter neighborhood."

"there are lots of nearby parks for dogs to play and walk in. the downside is not a lot of apartments accept dogs in lqa"

"Bumbershoot and otter event in Seattle center. Along with great neighbors. Base to space is a fun stair climb up the space needle. As well as folk festival where lots of cultures join together. "

"I've lived here for almost a year now, and I can't complain. Lower Queen Anne is convenient to almost everything- short bus ride downtown, has a ton of options for grocery stores, and close to some really cute parks and nice views. I feel mostly safe, and it's quiet for the most part."

"I've lived in LQA for a year now and love it. The east side of the neighborhood is clean and quiet with a few charming coffee shops and restaurants (Citizen, Crow). I love the proximity to the freeways, buses, downtown, and other neighborhoods for more entertainment. Though Mercer St can sometimes get packed due to freeway or Seattle Center event traffic, you can easily walk to get where you need within the area. I love it here and want to stay as long as possible!"

"I've lived in Lower Queen Anne for 2 years. Right now new apartment buildings are going up all over this area. It's becoming more and more urban, and not quite as charming. Also the rents are going through the roof! It's a great location. Close to downtown and South lake Union for those who work in those areas it's very convenient. For me it's just not worth the price anymore I'll be moving soon. However, for some people I'm sure the price is well worth it for such a convenient location."

"Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get anywhere in the city from here. VERY QUITE neighborhood. For how close it is to downtown, people are always shocked at how quiet it is. When there are events at the Seattle Center though traffic is ridiculous, but you learn which side streets to take to get around it. Terrible trying to get onto I5 from here during rush hour. "
