Floor unit! Unit is very conveniently located right next to two I-5 on ramps and off ramps on 45th and 50th street. Unit is within walking distance to everything you need. Close walk to the AVE and the University of Washington. There is also a Trader Joe's only a block away! Burke Gilman trail is a few minute south and you have Ravenna and Green Lake to the north. A really cool street market runs on Saturday's on the AVE. A few minutes bike ride also gets you to whole food, QFC, PCC, etc. There are plenty of restaurants on the AVE and Wallingford across the highway. You also have AMC theaters a block away with reclining seats! It is also pretty convenient to ride down to the link station at the University Huskey stadium and you have cheap convenient access to downtown Seattle, Northgate for hockey games, and all the way down to Seatac Airport. There will be a new U District Link station just blocks from this unit that is slated to be in operation later this year! This station will get you to a Mariners game in 15 mins. You really can't find a more convenient location! The unit itself is on the top floor with high ceilings and air conditioning. Don't let others fool you in thinking you don't need A/C in Seattle. Also, if you have been in an apartment, you know you don't want neighbors above you. Washer and dryer in unit. Hardwood floor, tile in bathroom and carpet in bedroom. There is also a secure guest parking lot if you have guests visiting and street parking around the block both zoned parking and free if guest parking spots are unavailable. There are two secure parking spots and are each available for $100 a month.

Owner pays for water, garbage, and sewer. Renter pays for electricity, internet/cable. First and last month deposit, application, credit check fees and move-in fee ($250). Non-smokers only and no pets.
