"This is a super dog friendly neighborhood and close to parks. People pick up after their dog and keep them on leashes "

"it has a very quiet safe feel to it and lots of schools. I think it is fairly overpriced which may be part of the reason, but as long as you aren't right on 45th it is very quiet and peaceful."

  • Trulia User
"Dog owners want to be able to exercise their dogs where they live, and not be required to travel miles to off leash dog parks. Seattle has restrictive dog laws that don’t represent how many dog owners there are in the city. We need SHARED parks, that make room for everyone, inc. dog owners. There are more dogs than children in Seattle right now!!"

  • Trulia User
"It is an old part of Seattle. It was originally a blue collar neighborhood, but has gentrified over the years. It has many old craftsman style bungalows, along with many more modern structures. It is a comfortable community with lots of parks and lakes surrounding it."

"This neighborhood is full of trees and family's! It's nice to walk down the street and see people out with their kids. It's also nice to know that you are living in a place that other people believe is safe enough to raise kids in. "
