The unit is on the top floor of the building. The lower floor is open plan with the kitchen and living space. The stairs lead up to the penthouse which has 2 separate bedrooms and an open landing area. No one is above you so the unit is very quiet. Also the bathroom is located in the penthouse. The back door of the unit leads out onto a private roof deck. Beyond the private roof deck is the spacious public roof deck with views of both mountain ranges and downtown Seattle. The roof deck is great for entertaining or relaxing, and rarely used by others in the building as this is one of only two units in the building with direct access. The roof deck has newer furniture than shown, as well as planters and a gas grill.

Water/Sewer/Garbage is included in the rent. The electric utility bill is minimal. Wave internet is available (fast, cheap, reliable). One parking space is included. Additional parking spaces may be available from other residents if needed.

Neighborhood:
5 mins to the lake. 10 mins to downtown
