9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had a pretty good experience here after transferring from another school. The building itself could really use an extra wing, though. Most of the hallways and staircases are so narrow and they get extremely packed when kids get out of class, to the point that I genuinely believe there would be causalities in the event of a fire, for example. The only open spaces where you can stop getting pushed around is 2 of the entrances and a cafeteria. Seriously, as schools get more populated, this place would give me claustrophobia if they tried to accommodate more kids. Also a LOT of the students tried to peer pressure me into buying coke lmao, what a waste of money. Mostly good teachers though.Parent Review3y ago - Mcclure Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son has attended Magnolia Elementary for the past two years and has had a great experience so far. Extra resources for special needs students are very good and the instructional assistants and teaching staff are kind, attentive and have the needs of the students at heart. Significant focus on fostering diverse perspectives. Well managed with a top notch new principal and office staff Would highly recommend.Parent Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 2332 W Newton St #2.

"People are really nice in my neighborhood. Public transportation is great and I feel safe here. People take good care of their pets here, pick up after them! "

"It’s quiet and pretty family-oriented. Downside is that being in between two larger neighborhoods, there aren’t a lot of major staples like a good grocery store..."

"Aweful to the east side. There is no highway from this side of the city. So working in Redmond is not ideal."

"I don’t feel that there is anything special about this area, it is literally situated on top of a VERY busy roadway (15th) and we will moving away as soon possible. "

"Chic landfill hidden by golf course. Open highway views with the scent of Seattle. One in four people recommended to live here. "

"We have been living in Magnolia for 8 years now and we really like it. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown, nearby Queen Ann, Ballard while being 3 minutes away from Discovery Park or Elliot Bay Marina. You can easily catch a bus to where ever you need to go if you don't want to drive for Football or base ball games."
