Source of income must be verifiable (w2's or pay stubs), self-employed individuals must provide 2 years tax returns.
1st months' rent ($2,800), a $1,000 security/damage deposit, and a $700 non-refundable carpet, touch up painting, and house cleaning fee, will be required and due at lease signing (totaling $4,500).
All applicants must have a credit score of 650 or higher
Must have no prior evictions, and no criminal background
Must submit to a credit and background check upon applying.
Included utilities are water, gas, garbage, and sewer. Telephone, TV, Electric, and internet are not included.
1 animal smaller than 30 lbs will be permitted. Larger or more animals may be permitted, provided additional security/damage deposit and/or rent is provided.
No sub-leasing will be allowed. All occupants of space must be on lease and submit to a credit and background check.
Must carry renters insurance at all times

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have raised (3) children in this district. One of those attended Bow Lake in early 2000's. I now have a grandchild attending Bowlake. I am very pleased in the staff and the learning experience at Bow Lake. This area has an extremely high demographic differences and I honestly believe this challenge skews the scoring of this school. The strength of learning is dependent on more than just the staff and school district.
