The priciest month of the year is August, which is about 2.5x the rent in February. Rent includes all utilities, including Wifi, satellite TV, gas (where applicable), electric, water trash and sewer. We can quote you a precise rate for your rental if you provide us with the start and end dates of your tenancy. If you are seeking a traditional, year-round unfurnished rental, our rates will be above market, and you will likely be best served by a traditional long-term housing provider. For reference, a 12 month rental of this fully-furnished home, with all utilities included, will average $5,650/month.

Similarly, please do not go to the trouble of completing a Zillow rental application, as we have our own application form that we can provide if there is a good match between your needs and one of our properties.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: This high-end modern townhome has three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom! Centrally located in Capitol Hill/Madison Valley. This townhouse has it all: fantastic location, modern kitchen, 3 full bathrooms (plus a powder room), washer/dryer, garage parking, and open concept living area. Enjoy views of Mt. Rainier! Main floor is an open concept space with a chef's kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining area plus a breakfast counter. This floor also features a powder room. Two bedrooms are located one level above. One bedroom has an en suite full bathroom and (on clear days) a view of the majestic Mt. Rainier. The second bedroom has its own dedicated full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Also found on this floor is the full-size washer dryer. The third bedroom is located on the level below the entry area and has an en suite bathroom with shower. Across from the third bedroom is a one car attached garage. (Note: the garage is small) Plentiful free street parking is available for additional vehicles.

LOCATION: Central to everything Capitol Hill and Madison Valley have to offer: great restaurants, parks, hiking, supermarkets (right across the street), day spas, and more. This home is also convenient to the Microsoft Connector bus stops, as well as public transit to get you to South Lake Union (Amazon), downtown, and just about anywhere else in Seattle or nearby.

My wife and I are really happy we moved here - every month there's a new restaurant or coffee shop opening up in walking distance. I live close to 23rd and Union and was a bit concerned about safety because of the frequent police presence. It has never been a real issue and the neighborhood is becoming safer with every new development that goes up in an empty lot. "
