Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Thoughtfully renovated top-to-bottom in 2020, this house has everything to offer: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry centers, whole-house A/C, 2 EV chargers (NEMA 14-50 40A), oversized back yard, garage and plenty of additional parking. Bright, open living space with an open concept kitchen and dining area. Huge windows let in natural light in every room. Warm wood flooring throughout the house brings an inviting and cozy feeling.

The main bedroom is extra large with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; two more large bedrooms, a second bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry center finish out the upstairs. In the downstairs there are two more bedrooms, a third bathroom with bathtub, a second full kitchen, a laundry center, and a cozy den area. The downstairs has its own entrance & can be closed off from the upstairs to become a mother-in-law suite.

The Maple Leaf house is close to the Roosevelt and Northgate light rail stations (opening October 2021!), steps away from bus lines 67 and 73, and less than 5 minutes away from I-5.

Amenities around the neighborhood are plenty: two blocks away from Maple Leaf Reservoir Park, a couple of steps from The Maple, Snappy Dragon, Ban Hua Sai, Cloud City Coffee, and Reservoir Tavern.

"The Maple Leaf area is very family friendly. The local shops do a wonderful job of supporting the community. If you want big corporate chains, the Northgate Mall is reachable on foot in as little as 10 minutes...where you'll also find the Northgate Metro Transit center. "
