Not a lot of homeless people on the street. Unlike Seattle where they are everywhere you look. I like that Renton is smaller yet close enough to the action. "

Homes are within an easy walk to the elementary school (fairly new building). The neighborhood is generally well-maintained in spite of the current economy and housing slump."
