I have never had an issue with staff. My daughter's teachers are great. The have great communication, they are kind and great leaders for all the kids. You have no support for stuff they cover things up and blame parents for their mistakes. This school can not handle special needs children very well. They are not educated on how to deal with children who have mental problems, instead they try and push them off to the Behavior Program or school causinh the student more emotional stres. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent of 2 students at MGHS, we have had overall good experiences. The principal is a self important guy who thinks he's doing a great job, more concerned with the image of the school than actually addressing student needs. My kids tell me the overall student opinion of him is that he is an a**, but it's still worth attending here as it is the better of the two high schools in Marysville. In our own experience with dealing with him, I can confirm their assessment is correct. Teachers are very supportive and push students to achieve.Parent Review1mo ago

"no sidewalks. lots of punk speeders flying down our street as it is on without speed bumps. some pick up after their dogs. some don't. not well lit at night. especially when raining. lots of retirees. they watch the neighborhood all day. close to shopping and I-5. also golf courses. etc"

"The train is the biggest problem, it does get quite congested due to the train during high traffic hours. Other than that getting around isn’t too difficult, I5 runs through marysville as well as highway 9. "

"Very popular place to live now for the mall. Safe place to live, everyone kind of stay to themselves. They try to keep it small but its growing anyway. Very family oriented and nice back drop of the mountains thru out the city. Lots of grocery stores to choose from 45to Bellevue and downtown Seattle. "
