2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSome of the issues cited are not with the school per say but with district/state policy. I feel the teachers are very accessible and supportive of students and go the extra mile outside of school hours for sports, clubs and the PTSA. There are a select handful of teens that disrupt and destroy the property. This happens at every public school in this district. Some of the policies prevent serious consequences for students in a school with a high percentage of diversity. In some regard, the foolishness is encouraged by these policies because they have removed personal responsibility. Destroy a bathroom...they don't have to clean it. Skip class...they get a lunch detention that they then also skip. whoopdedoo. It isn't for lack of trying but it definitely feels like a lack of support. We have a larger amount of students and parents in crisis within our community. WA also has some of the highest class sizes in the country so when there are children who act out it disrupts everyone and is more work for even the most seasoned teacher. I enjoy the classes I teach but things could be more efficient throughout the district and policy would need to be changed in order for the parents to feel more secure in sending them here.Teacher Review3mo ago11 Reviews - Timberline High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son came from Nisqually MS and blossomed. Academically he was challenged but has manageable homework which allows him time after school. Their sports coaches are amazing, caring and supportive. My son does baseball and wrestling and the coaches build up these kids with great life skills. My daughter attends their softball camp and developed a love now for the sport! I love that they embrace not only skills for college but they support military and trades- I appreciate this since not all kids want to go to college. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe really enjoyed this school until administration changed. This school is completely unsafe for students and the principal does not care about changing it. Prior to her taking over in 2023, we were very happy here.Parent Review1y ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near 3300 Carpenter Rd SE #A5.

"Dog owners would love the nicely paved sidewalks and beautiful nature trails. Only downside is, there aren’t very many doggy bag stations."

"We love this neighborhood. It is extremely kid friendly! In the summer, you regularly see groups of kids (all ages) playing outside. I feel safe here and that it is safe for my children. Our neighbors are outstanding and watch out for each other. "

"Retired, no longer have a daily commute. Drive around town is manageable most days. Fridays are normally busy with more traffic. The traffic flow on I-5 is normally the highest volume and can back up during rush hour or when a crash takes place."
