    "My work is 11 miles from where I live, if you leave after 6:30 am it’s a 25 min commute. Same with coming home. After 3, 20 to 30 min commute on side streets. If you get behind a school bus might as well park your car and start walking, it will be quicker."

    "Really no place for dogs . And if you want your cat to live DO Not Let IT out.yes they did aloe pit bulls. But watch out they will charge you a lot for your dog and cat and if they think you don’t pick up your dog or cat poo it’s 100$ or more per poo. And say goodbye to your deposit. Because you have any animals you places is ruined."

    "There aren't many places for the dogs to get exercise unless you own or rent a house, unlike Seattle . Kent. has very busy roads and fast drivers I know of multiple people who had their dogs ran over while crossing the street with heir dogs leashed."

    "A lot of people want to touch your dog and a lot of people have cats so if you’re pet is not friendly then don’t let them touch it and keep your dog away from people’s cats because that will be a horrible confrontation."

    "Stay away! Too many gang related issues that causes shootings and death. I’ve lived out here for a whole year and I have seen 3 shootings where I live. Needles on my back porch, trash everywhere. Police are doing their job but are extremely short handed which makes it difficult. Driving through night is dangerous. Be in your home by 4 before the gangs come out. Absolutely saddening and depressing here. Nothing for kids to do but get into trouble. "

    "I lived there for 7 years. I liked the greenbelt and that the house is not close to the road. Traffic is not bad. The Home Depot is around the corner and many other stores are near by. Not far away from schools. Great place to raise children or for family that doesn't like to have too many neighbors. "
