8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageChild with IEP since 2nd grade. Now a 9th grader at IHS. Been in NSD entire school career. Absolutely the worst district for children with special needs. Antiquated administrators, outdated mindsets. Does not acknowledge disability. Child failing half of their classes. No plans in place for credit retrieval, or extension of school year to provide consistency in social/emotional learning and avoid regression.Parent Review11mo ago - Northshore Jr High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSo, I have been to 3 middle school's in the past year (6th grade) and it is definitely the best one I went to. Students are very nice and I made friends on the first day! I learned A lot and the Teachers make learning fun and will talk to you if they know you are behind. I definitely would recommend this to somebody moving to the Bothell - Kenmore area!Parent Review1y ago - Woodmoor Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter is starting 3rd grade. She is so excited to go back to school and keeps asking how many more days until school begins. Every time we’ve been to the building, every staff member we’ve encountered greets our daughter by name. Kids are friendly and inclusive - we’ve been amazed at how well our shy kid has become integrated in the school community and adores her teachers and friends there.Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 16125 Juanita Woodinville Way NE #1903.

"I work 2.7 miles from my home. There are 5 stop lights between here and my work, and most of them take several long minutes to change. There is a light that sometimes takes a full 15 minutes to get through because of the timing of the lights. Otherwise the area and commute are nice. "

"I have lived in Bothell for 18 years. It’s a nice place to live. Most people are friendly, very family oriented neighborhoods. My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
