The ladies in the front office remembered me after one meeting, and it is comforting knowing they are aware of who is coming in and out of their building. The move was hard for my son, and his teacher made sure his emotional needs were met, in addition to his academic needs. There are fun events like movie nights for families. "Black Diamond is a beautiful place to live with a breathless view of Mount Rainier. It's a family oriented community with a small country feel. Yet, within a 10 mile radius, there is an abundance of eateries, shopping, bus transportation, park/ride, library, schools and post office, parks and golf. Easy access to Highway 169 and Highway 18.
