Guest bath has knee wall pedestal sink with new Kohler corbelle comfort height toilet. All new glass shower and tub enclosure in both bathrooms. Half bath has shiplap 4ft paneling with shiplap ceiling. It also has new ventilation unit and Kohler corbelle comfort height toilet. All new fixtures, including cast iron tub. HVAC system totally replaced in July 2022 and hardly used since. The list is to long and has to be seen. Kitchen totally replaced with 14 inch deep cabinets, kitchen sink the best quality stainless steel including the Kitchen Kohler chef quality faucet. Hardwood floors completely redone. They are solid ash 3 3/4 by 3/4. All trim completely replaced with solid yellow pine from wood crafters of Virginia. All trim to be painted. The quality of renovations is what you would see in multi million dollar homes. All new tile throughout. Master

"it's pretty easy except for all of the school zones. Rush Hour on Shore Drive getting on to Great Neck is pretty congested. Also Great Neck to Virginia Beach Boulevard, and First Colonial."

"The drivers are horrible in this area. I have almost gotten hit multiple times in my truck because people either don’t pay attention and stop or yield signs. To much traffic in the great neck area as well, first colonial and great neck road will back up a good amount "
