"Located around the corner from Town of Vienna this location also boasts of proximity to I-66 and Vienna Metro Station. Residents get to enjoy the bustle of Maple Ave with its restaurants and stores but still have a peaceful home to retire. The community is located right next to Nottoway Park which has games stadiums, walking paths and summer concerts. Vienna Metro Station is 0.8 miles away or 15 minutes of brisk walk. W&OD trail is about a mile away for the joggers and bikers among us. And for long-distance travelers or not so long ones to Washington DC can hit the highway (I-66) in a matter of minutes. The place is in close proximity (5 miles) to Tysons mall for the shoppers among us. Tysons provides good employment opportunities as well."
