"I absolutely love this neighborhood. Families are always walking with children, couples are biking, and people are walking their dogs. Everyone is extremely friendly and truly do their best to take care of their homes and their community. I highly suggest this neighborhood to anyone looking for a quiet, diverse and family friendly place to live."

"This area is an nice established neighborhood. The elementary school is an excellent blue ribbon school. It is close to the Navy Base, gate 4. Shopping and restaurants are just a quick drive up tidewater, and the beach is also really close. Overall, it is a wonderful area to live in."

"We retired here a year ago and get to the beach almost daily. We live three blocks from the beach in a sweet less-than-1000 sq. ft. bungalow. We renovated after buying a short sale. The neighbors are wonderful. Bayview Elementary School is very, very good. It's a pretty and peaceful neighborhood and nothing compares with being able to take my dogs to the beach each evening. Swimming depends on the varying Chesapeake Bay conditions."
