In a top notch school district - Pole Green elementary / Oka Knoll Middle / Hanover HS. Pole Green park just 2 mins. up the road with a wonderful kids playground and recreation fields. I also love the community - wonderful pool and tennis courts in Sherrington. You always see activity any time of day. Just an all around great neighborhood for your family. The lot this home sits on is a very good size and it only borders 2 neighbors...most back up to more 3 or more. You can tell the owners take pride in this home and it has been kept very well. There is a stair case that leads to a huge attic...a bonus for those who need plenty of storage. Another nice feature is the stainless stell gas oven/stove in the kitchen. Not all homes in Sherrignton have gas appliances. Owners have installed irrigation for the front lawn and a good size storage shed in the backyard. You really must see this house to appreciate."
