4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school admin, staff and teachers are trying! But it's a difficult situation, with too many students and not enough space or teachers. I think the culture of the place will change a lot next year, for the better, when the new school opens and relieves the numbers problem some. In spite of it all, by kids had a great experience, with excellent teachers and amazing extracurricular activities, and now are in excellent colleges thanks to the hard work of the HHS faculty and staff!Parent Review7mo ago - Keister Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGood. It’s a huge improvement coming from Stephens City. The teachers are well educated and care. The administration is excellent and work hard to get parents involved in their children’s education. My frustration was getting them to promote my child to the correct reading level. She’s dyslexic so she reads slower and will mispronounce words. Her comprehension is excellent. She reads at an upper middle school or early high school level. Since COVID19, I have had her completing 7th grade reading comprehension workbooks and she breezes through them. The school (reading specialists, teachers, and administrators) would not place her correctly which left her constantly frustrated.Parent Review3y ago - Thomas Harrison Middle School
