5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has a terrible time with bullying and also teachers that seem apathetic to teaching and just there for a paycheck. The principal doesn't return calls when there are issues, and the parent reaches out to communicate. I have a child that also have an IEP and the support was fantastic with 1 person and that person left and there has been zero communication from the replacement support person. Overall, this school and principal need to get control of the bullying that is running rampant. When one of my children told their teacher a concern they said "I'm not here for that" and sent them away. Disappointing to say the least!Parent Review1y ago - T. Benton Gayle Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school gives true meaning for pushing your child through the system. Individual growth is not a concept cared for at this school, tasks are made easy and kids are given unlimited attempts on assignments not truly caring if they grasp learning. GOD Forbid your kid has an IEP, case worker will hoot and holler how great your child is doing in spite of him/her failing every standardized test in existence.Parent Review3mo ago - Mountain View High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll 3 of our children graduated from Mountainview. We feel truly blessed to have been in the MHS district! 2 of our children completed the International Baccalaureate (IBS) program and were early admissions to University of Virginia. Both graduated from UVA and are positive that their enrollment in the IB program was a key to their success. All 3 were in the orchestra as well as other clubs and school activities and loved their experience at Mountainview!!Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 2736 Warrenton Rd.

"Neighbors recognize and assist dog owners (lost or runaway pets, wild life spottings, etc...),lots of good sniffs, and lots of other dogs in the neighborhood. Sidewalks would be great, but that’s the unfortunate cost of not having an HOA. Dog owners pick up after their pets. "
