Shopping close by at Fair Oaks Mall. Wegmans & Walmart within a few blocks...good commute location...near Rte 50, I-66, 495, Rte 28 and Ffax Cty Pkwy. Homes are smallish compared to new homes today...would work for family with small children or couple looking for starter home."
