Amazing opportunity in Crystal City/National Landing! Walk to everything - Metro, restaurants, shops, Amazon, and more! This gorgeous 1931 Sears home boasts a well laid out floor plan with an enchanting painted brick exterior reminiscent of an English Cottage. Tastefully updated while maintaining its original charm, this home has hardwood floors, a masonry fireplace with gas logs, and a large covered deck for outdoor entertaining. The sun drenched kitchen has granite countertops, glass front cabinets, and a farmhouse sink. The basement is partially finished with family room/guest suite and adjoining bathroom, workshop, and laundry room with utility sink. There is a large detached 2-stall garage with a tool shed and hobby room in back and plenty of off- street parking. The yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped with mature vegetation. As a bonus, this home has a spacious LEGAL apartment with its own entrance, separate electric meter, HVAC, and lots of windows. The apartment features a large kitchen with gas stove, dining room, living area, bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom with pedestal tub, and a full size washer/dryer. Apartment had been used to generate income and the tenant who recently vacated property due to sale of house was paying $1800 monthly. All appliances convey. This rare find won’t last!

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family and I had the most awful experience at Oak Ridge Elementary. Though we left a little over a year ago: I experienced constant conflicts with the staff, there were multiple teacher changes during the year, most of whom English was not their primary language. And, now that I’m attending a good public school in another district, my child was almost required to be held back a grade due to a serious lack of skills and inability to perform at appropriate grade level. There is nothing positive that I have to say about the school, I would recommend that if you’re in this district that you seek private education because your student will be left behind if they are forced to go to this school.Parent Review3mo ago - Wakefield High School
