Over the years, more and more restaurants have developed and theres lots of diversity in the area. Majority of the neighborhoods are well kept and managed nice. Besides that, i recommend living in this area if you want to be close by to the city but, still live in a small town. It's 15-20 mins to Tyson's area, Springfield, and Washington D.C. I think the community is very involved, and they actively have annual parades. Animal friendly with several dog parks in the area also."
