"I have lived in the same neighborhood since 1994. My neighbors new and old are friendly. I live on a quiet street that doesn't get much traffic. I like that we now have multiple choices of schools for our children to attend. The charter schools are a welcome addition to our area. Charter schools are free, just like the state run public schools. We live near a large park with indoor and outdoor pools, skatepark, fitness center, baseball and soccer fields. We are walking distance from shopping and places to eat. "

"My neighborhood is going to pot. I feel like the violence keeps increasing and the police cannot keep up with it. Hearing shots fired is becoming the norm. It no longer even has an affect on my 15 year old child and that scares me me. I'm trying desperately to move out of this community. "

"Ever since the Olympics in 2002, West Valley City has grown by leaps and bounds. The Valley Fair Mall features tons of new stores (inside and out), trendy restaurants, and cinema. Bus service and TRAX (light rail) is excellent and easy to use. It is centrally located within the Salt Lake valley, which makes getting around a breeze!"

"I love living here and have for over 20 years. We have a great neighborhood watch program, great friendly neighbors, our yards are well maintained, and we all work together to keep it that way. The shopping is close, bus service. Only thing that could be better is the choices of resturants. 2 miles up the road is Valley Fair Mall, which offers better food! If your thinking about moving here, we'd love to have you as new neighbors, for those of you who are LDS, we have a great ward! We need more kids for our Primary, Young men's and Women's."
