    "Schools are poor... so not a good choice for families with children. Far too over-populated... you can't walk down the street without being run over by a bicyclist or runner. The lake, while beautiful, is practically unusable. They built beaches, then they banned everyone from entering the lake. The "daybreak police" will cite you for almost anything, and encourage the neighborhood to spy on each other by taking photos of people in violations (such as having your boat parked in the street for more than 3 hours, or not returning your trash barrel inside your garage within 24 hours). If you like living on top of each other, this place is perfect for you. If you like some peace and quiet every once in awhile, then go somewhere else. Oh, and the "amenities" are a joke. The gardens are so overpriced, and the water almost never works. Very frustrating when you're trying to grow a garden. :/ And the pool is pathetic... it is about the size of the pool I had growing up (and there were 5 of us, not 500!). They have about 10 lifeguards working every hour of the day, just wasting money. Oh, and don't try to bring a guest without bringing your wallet... :O Lastly, just about every single light along the paths has been vandalized and no longer work... and they refuse to fix them. Instead, they spend the money on awful events that nobody goes too... it's really a shame. I lived there for 5 years, and saw more businesses go "out of business". It seems the only people that can stay in business are the ones that haven't paid a penny to lease their property because Kennecott doesn't want the "town hub" to become a ghost town. It's basically just a bunch of drunks after 9 PM, just wandering around and hollering as they stumble out of the bar called The Break. "
