Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This pet-friendly unit comes equipped with a large backyard*, washer/dryer, and massive driveway. Very central location in Salt Lake City/Taylorsville on a quiet street, with close access to highways 15/215.
This unit is perfect for a single renter, or a couple with a small child, and pet(s)!
2 private entries - one to the front, and another on the side where you can let the dog out or get to your car faster.
Everything is in working condition (brand new dishwasher).
Google Fiber internet (super high speed) already installed! Router required.
This is the basement unit of a duplex. There will be renter(s) above.
Our renters safety, comfort, and convenience are important to us. We live nearby and are very responsive.
We love all pets! However, because this is a duplex and the backyard is shared by both units, PETS MUST BE FRIENDLY AND NOT AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS PEOPLE NOR OTHER PETS. This is critical for a positive rental experience. We must meet the pets, in person, prior to executing a lease agreement. We only ask for a fully-refundable pet deposit that will go towards necessary carpet cleaning or replacement upon move-out.
*The backyard is currently not fenced. However, we are meeting with a contractor this week and have a fence installed soon (we're hoping they will do this in the winter, but spring at the latest). We know this is critical for dog owners like us, so we're moving as fast as we can to get it done (already had a tree removed to make room). Once the fence is completed, you will be able to let your dogs out safely from the side door.
Please text or email us to set up a call or a tour, or to ask any questions you may have. Thank you!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is a 7th grade student at Eisenhower Junior High. I have been very impressed with there hands on approach from the teachers and the staff. The willingness to help my son succeeded has not gone unnoticed. We had to sell our home after I was laid off from my job. Unfortunately we made a couple moves that have been stressful for us both. I have not seen another group of people more willing to work with our challenges challenges to help my son truly succeed.Parent Review10y ago - John C Fremont School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been there since first grade and will be a fourth grader next year. It is an excellent school. The teachers that she has had are amazing, pricipal always makes time to talk if needed. The couple things that I have issues with is the lack of communication. There have been situations that I don't hear about till days later when my daughte has brough them up. They have gotten better at this but still needs some work. There are tons of family activities. My daughter has learned so much and has had straight A's for three quaters now. Truly an exceptional school which is why although we have moved out of the boundries I continue to drive her there.Parent Review9y ago - Taylorsville High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageUnsatisfactory, the schools get so much money, tax money, and they are worse than the federal government, waste, waste, and no help for the people who need it the most.Parent Review5y ago - Check out schools near 4542 S Jarrah St.

"Safe. Many schools are in walking distance and they are exceptional. Mostly quiet—a few rentals for the college students can make things occasionally loud."

"Easy commute, I feel like I can get anywhere in the valley in 15 minutes or less! The traffic in this neighborhood has increased exponentially and it is a huge downgrade to this once-quiet neighborhood. "

"The quaint lamposts and charming houses make this a particularly beautiful place to live. Some people are friendly, some not. I’d say 50/50. Halloween is a blast, and Christmas time, the decorations on Michigan Avenue cannot be beat!"

"This neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood. There are parks, restaurants, grocery stores , shops, veterinarian clinic, salons and even the “humpback roundabout’” that are within walking distance. It is close to downtown, but feels suburban with single family homes and only a few duplexes or small apartment buildings. "
