This 1080 square foot condo is located on the sixth floor with a view to the North. Flooded with soft light during the day this open and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath place has all you need in the unit to be completely satisfied. The open living concept offers a kitchen with quartz counters, all black appliances, gas range and microwave. You can easily enjoy dining and relaxing in this glorious space. Kitchen opens into a spacious living room with balcony access and with a flip of the switch the gas fireplace lights, nice to hunker in during the cold winter nights. Washer and dryer are included and located in a full sized laundry/pantry room. Master bed and bath are spacious and private with a large walk in closet. 2 parking spaces and storage locker are also yours. Few condos allow pets but this place allows 2 and there is no weight limit on dogs. The Metro amenities include a well accessorized common area that can be booked for events and gatherings with access to a large patio area with a gas grill and lounge chairs as well as a hot tub and fitnesses room on the 3rd floor plaza. Large dog park located on the north side of the building.

Rent is $1750. per month. Security deposit is $2000, $500 of which is non-refundable and due upon signing. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, to be registered in tenant's name, lights, cable/internet. With an additional $70.00 per month for heating /cooling & hot water paid directly to owner with rent. This is a smoke free building. No smoking or vaping allowed including the balcony and all common areas. Pets are welcome for an additional $35 per month, per pet, plus a $300 one-time pet deposit.
