3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt’s amazing here, I couldn’t be happier. A big point in middle school is not to be over the top academically challenged, and instead a lot on building a social life and experience. This doesn’t mean that the academics are bad,I’m learning a lot, and I am not overwhelmed or stressed. I have seen very very little bullying, virtually none. It’s not an elementary school, so the teachers aren’t gonna come up to you and specifically help you on your grades unless you ask them too because they have 100+ students. Also the school lunches are great, I highly recommend.Student Review5mo ago - East High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter attended East High School after spending K-8 in private school. I wish I had kept her in private school. East High Administrators' focus is on athletics and perhaps drama. Everything else takes a distant second. My daughter was a part of a STEM program which was discontinued before her last year. One day, the students were given the choice of attending a football game or sitting in the auditorium, but classes were cancelled due to the game. This occurred twice in two years. Some of her teachers were great. Others had a vague idea about who she was when we came to parent teacher conferences. She hated it there and put forth the effort to graduate early, which I applaud for less time wasted. I gave the school two stars instead of one for the handful of wonderful teachers and counselors who are doing their best for the students.Parent Review6y ago - Franklin School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was worried about the quality of the education my first grade child would receive from this school, but my worries were unfounded. The school had a great academic program, with excellent faculty leadership and teacher involvement. I was very impressed and feel that his education suffered no loss whatsoever in comparison to other schools in areas with higher economic status. He went on field trips, had after school programs, and an incredibly successful year. We are sad we moved out of the district because the school was top-notch. His teacher was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.Parent Review12y ago - Innovations High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageInnovations early college high school is very underrated in the state but it's very good. You can get help in anything whether it's emotional or academics. There are tutors who can help you in your assignments as well as your mentors, plus teachers and staff. They will help you achieve your academic goals, whether it's graduating early or not, taking college classes early etc. I really do recomend this school. You even have stufy periods where you can work individually. it's not like other high schools where you have 4 periods a day and 2 hours a class. They as well offer classes at the nearby high schools that innovations doesn't have. It's a very welcoming school and easy to make friends no one judges. And parents/guardians get updates on the students assignments and grades etc.Student Review1y ago - Innovations K-8
