- Timpview High School
7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTimpview High School stands as an example of excellence. We actually moved here from across the country so that our kids could enjoy the benefits of the Timpview experience. Two of our children currently study there and we could not be happier with the quality of their teachers, staff and opportunities. The Timpview community offers great school spirit and all students are encouraged to participate in development opportunities, activities, events, clubs, and so on the number of titles won and scholarships granted are proof that overall these are hard-working students, faculty and staff. Every effort is made to help willing students succeed and thrive.Parent Review7y ago

- Centennial Middle School
5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was worried for my daughter when she entered 7th grade here, such a transitional stage in their young life. But I'm happy to say it has been a wonderful surprise to find out the Centennial is a really great school! The teachers and staff are helpful and clear with expectations, and the students and atmosphere of the school is very positive. There is a genuine friendliness in the student body and a good work ethic that is felt. A very happy parent indeed, and my now 8th grader is ready for high school because of a great experience at this school!Parent Review11y ago

- Provo Peaks School
5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids have attended Provo Peaks Elementary for fours years now (since it was re-built) and absolutely love it! The teachers and staff are very caring and attentive to the needs of their students. The school offers state of the art facilities and technology. The school also offers a specialty arts program (1 1/2 hours, twice a week) for the upper grades that includes orchestra, drama, art/drawing and dance. There are also several affordable after-school programs to choose from like art, cooking and robotics/Lego League with a plan to add several more in the coming years.I also really appreciate the diversity of the students at this school. The school houses the Provo School District Special Needs Education as well as the CAS program (Gifted and Talented). Its been really rewarding to see kids of all different abilities and backgrounds get along and be respectful to each other. For example, my son loved watching and cheering for the students participating in the Special Olympics. The school also invited guests from the Clark Planetarium to perform some physics and space demonstrations--which was a hit!My kids have made wonderful friends here and have loved their teachers! My kids test very well and I've always found the teachers excited and happy to find ways to challenge and help them improve. No experience is perfect, but I've always found that the teachers and administration are easy to talk to and happy to help solve any concerns that arise. I definitely recommend this school! Its one of the best kept secrets in Provo!Parent Review6y ago
