5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm in 7th grade we are almost done with the first term it's been pretty good so far. The doors by the library are infested with some weird bug but if you just go in or out you are just fine, I go to the library every day and those are the doors I go in. I took all honors classes so it's a little more homework then the ragular classes, but almost all of your homework is something you did not finish in class.Student Review1y ago - East Layton School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe preschool program was awful. Our teacher and the principal both didn't take my child's education or well being seriously. The teacher was horribly unprofessional with us multiple times. My child was consistently targeted and harrassed by the teacher. The teacher openly admitted to restraining my child in an email and didnt find any issue in doing this. The speech teacher was amazing and even she saw what we were up against with the rest of the staff. It's sad when a teacher is a bully to a preschool student. My child would come home from school saying "I'm bad" and "I'm naughty". This teacher single handedly diminished my child's self esteem within a few months. Avoid this school at all costs.Parent Review9mo ago - Davis Connect K-6

"If you don’t travel during rush hours the drive to downtown is really quick. I can get there in about 20 minutes or less. During high business hours it can take about 45-60 minutes to get into the city. I feel really safe in Layton and I like all the schools. "

"I would guess about 1/2 of the people here have dogs. They’re all very friendly. We have an HOA that requires they be on a leash and owners must clean up all dog poop. Everyone seems to follow the rules very well. I don’t personally have a dog but I don’t mind any of the dogs being outside. I can never hear dogs barking from inside my house, I can only hear a dog if I’m outside at the same time as the dog or have windows opened. "
